Stratusphere Living Cleanse Give your guts a break.
Kick start a new way of eating with this eating plan. If your ready to clean out your system and hit the reset button –

What this cleanse is designed to do is give
your guts a break. And what I mean by this is do a little spring
cleaning from the inside out. Our insides have to work extra hard to
digest all the processed, refined food most of us tend to consume. So,
we're gonna fill ourselves up with natural, unprocessed food and we're
gonna move the junk out - and i do mean move. Yup, that kind of move.
Out with the old, in with the new... Out with the bad, in with the good.
This is simple – here's what you need to commit to doing for the next
48-72 hours: eat only fresh, natural, whole foods. That's it! Oh and
become bff with a magic bullet (regular blender works too). For 2 days
when you make your food choices, just think is this food in it's natural
form - in other words, you should be able to recognize all the
ingredients on the label.
As this is a cleanse, you will be having mostly shakes, salads, nuts,
seeds, fruits and vegetables – all foods that your body can easily
process.
To help, below is what I will be eating for the next 2 days. This is
simply my plan that I follow, I am not a dietician or registered
nutritionist. If you have any questions about if this is right for you,
consult your doctor or health care professional.
Give Your Guts a Break – cleansing meal plan:
My Personal Shopping List: - Fresh pressed apple juice - Apples, berries -
Avocados - Hemp seeds - Almond milk - Salad fixings (mixed greens and whatever veg you like in your salad) -
Larabars (it's an all natural, raw fruit and nut bar – my favorite is
cashew) - Almond butter - Hemp protein powder
This is a sample of my meal plan (you can mix and match):
Meal 1: Fresh pressed apple juice + hemp protein powder
Meal 2: Avocado shake (make 2 servings, I have second serving next day)
(1 avocado + 1 cup almond milk + 1 tbsp. honey + 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional: I ran out once and realized I could do without, but it's worth the
taste)
Meal 3: Salad with hemp seeds or if I'm on the go: Larabar
Meal 4: Almond shake + apple
(1 cup almond milk + 4 tbsp. hemp seeds + 1 tbsp. almond butter + 1 tbsp. honey)
Meal 5: Salad with hemp seeds (drizzle with olive oil and balsamic
vinegar)
During these 2 days stick with light physical activity like yoga or walking and let your body focus on the work it needs to do, which is
fill up on goods and flush out the bads.
The goal is to hit the reset button, begin with a fresh slate – or
should I say belly, and then continue on a healthy diet of balanced food
choices. The intentions of this plan isn't to make you lose weight
during this plan although most will experience some weight loss mostly
due to water loss. Remember that the only way to achieve healthy,
permanent weight loss is with a long term diet and exercise plan. This
is however, a great way to 'give your guts a break' and introduce Stratusphere Living!
Once you get through the cleanse
phase, stick with the food list I've included and add in more of your
favorite fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also include whole grains
and your protein can come from lean meats, such as salmon, tuna,
chicken, chickpeas or hemp seeds,
Combine the elements below with some kind of physical activity based on
your individual fitness needs and you will be on your way to feeling
great with Stratusphere Living!
- Eat balanced meals 3-4 times a day
(protein + carbohydrate)
- Watch your portions
- Choose natural, whole foods (try to
eliminate refined, processed & packaged
foods)
- Drink lots of water
