Stratusphere Sculpt is a dynamic circuit training program that sculpts and tones your muscles while keeping your heart rate up with a cardio workout that will burn calories and leave you 100% stratusfied!

Followers of her previous DVDs, Stratusphere Yoga and Stratusphere Yoga for Men will recognize Trish's signature workout moves and her multitasking fitness approach that targets every muscle group to give you a total body workout while stretching the body to improve flexibility. The innovative circuit training program is suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels and is demonstrated on the DVD by a beginner female and an intermediate male participant.
Features:
- You will need hand weights, mat and a fitness ball (or an ottoman can be used).
- Amp up your workout with a pair of FitGloves, adding 1 lb of resistance to each hand.
- 5 minute warm-up: get your body warmed up with these innovative movements and prep with yoga poses that will get your body ready to work!
- 5 minute cool-down: wrap up your hard work with this relaxing sequence that will reset your body.
