With the focus on raising funds and awareness for men's health issues, Trish and Joe talked about Stratusphere Yoga for Men, a DVD workout designed specifically for men and how yoga can act as a preventative measure towards good health.
For the month of November, a portion of the DVD sales will be donated to the Movember Foundation.
