Trish supports Nelson Mandela's mission to build children's hospital in South Africa

Trish Stratus and Team Stratusphere hit a Toronto area golf course to stretch the crowd and support a great cause.

The 7th Annual Nelson Mandela Children's Fund Charity Golf Classic successfully raised $100,000 for much needed projects in South Africa – most notably the building of the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital in Gauteng and their community based initiative for orphans of HIV/AIDS.

"It was a priviledge to be at such a successful event," Trish said. "Me and my team at Stratusphere were honored to be invited to participate in not only the wonderful day of golf at Lionshead Golf Club, but Jesse and I had the opportunity to share some yoga poses with the group beforehand."

Trish's proprietary yoga sequence Stratusphere Golf was very well received. And the hole in one that the gentleman pictured here with Trish got may or may not be because he got some personal hands-on help with his stretching.
