For 25 years, Trish Stratus has been more than just a WWE Hall of Famer – she’s a trailblazer, icon, and one of the most influential figures in women’s wrestling history. From her unforgettable rivalry with Lita to her historic return in 2023 against Becky Lynch, Stratus has continuously evolved. A seven-time WWE Women’s Champion and WWE Hall of Famer, she initially retired in 2006 at the height of her career, but has since made multiple high-profile returns, proving that longevity and reinvention go hand in hand. She has shattered barriers in a male-dominated industry, paving the way for today’s generation of female wrestlers.
Beyond the ring, Stratus is a mother, entrepreneur, and advocate for women in sports. Whether it’s her Reach for the Stratusphere initiative, wellness partnership with Basic Supplements, or her surprise WWE returns, Stratus’ impact remains undeniable.
As she celebrates this quarter-century milestone anniversary, SWAGGER sat down with Stratus to discuss her defining moments, her Toronto homecoming, and what keeps her pushing forward.
