From May 5 to May 31, 2014 Torontonians will get a taste of some of Stratus' top instructors, straight from the flagship Stratusphere studio in Vaughan. Toronto locals and hotel guests/residents can take advantage of a daily schedule offering a variety of unique classes, including Trish's revolutionary workout system, Stratusphere Yoga.
Attendees will have the unique and rare opportunity to indulge in the ground - breaking blend of strength-training and yoga flow, designed by powerhouse Trish Stratus herself. Stratusphere Yoga challenges the body while invigorating your mind for a solid yoga flow that merges the best of both worlds.
