JAM!: Stratus takes yoga to new heights

TV personality and former pro wrestler Trish Stratus has an answer for all you struggling golfers out there.
Yoga? Yup, yoga.
Stratus -- who most recently was seen playing herself in an episode of Global's Da Kink in my Hair -- runs her own yoga studio, which is located in Vaughan and appropriately is called Stratusphere. As the golf season gets under way, Stratus has developed a sequence of golf-specific yoga poses specifically designed to help Tiger Woods wannabes.
"The sequence is done with golf club in hand," said Stratus, who currently is producing her own line of exercise DVDs under the Stratusphere brand. "And it even can be condensed into a 10-minute warmup that can be done pre-game, before hitting the first tee."
