A Birthday to Remember (Carl Tilson Story)
Long time readers may remember the story we did a few years ago on Carl Tilson, who suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Today, Carl contacted me to fill me in on a day that he'll never forget.

Trish was taking care of "Bidness" Hey? Says on her Myspace!
Well guess where's she's been! To England, the land of fish & chips and bangers & mash, my home town Manchester, England!
She was my surprise birthday gift which I had no idea about and she shown up the Charity event for Action Duchenne, a Charity close to my heart! Also it was a celebration of my 22nd Birthday to help promote my illness Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy...
A muscle wasting condition which growing up your muscles weaken, you then are wheelchair bound affecting every muscle in the body, most importantly affects the heart muscle, the illness affects mainly the male population and not many reach it past their 20th Birthday... So being alive today is a achievement but dont get me wrong, its not about how long you live, its about what you have done and achieved by living that counts!
Trish Stratus - Shes a beautiful woman, nice figure and best of all her personality is second to none! Im not ashamed to say this... I LOVE TRISH STRATUS!!!
She makes me who I am today! I appreciate the love she has shown by coming all the way from Canada just for me and the Charity I represent, so if anyone says badly of her, they will soon be dealing with me!
Shes the best and thats only saying it lightly! Trish youre the world.
Lots of work and preparation went into this lunch and I really appreciate that also, just shows the impossible is reachable, reach for your dreams!
Reach for the Stratusphere!!!
We have risen over 30,000 so far and thats before we have counted it all!
