Max's 1st birthday
Baby's first birthday is a huge milestone, so of course we here at TrishStratus.com wanted to know how Max celebrated his special day! We asked Trish how she celebrated Max's one year birthday.
We had the best day with our little guy! We started with a birthday brunch with Max's aunties who got him his first Toronto Maple Leafs jersey!
Max had his first sweet bite with a vegan cupcake from Sweets from the Earth. His godmother Amy [Dumas] would approve!
Max got his first tablet for his birthday from our friends at Vtech – he was pretty excited about it and wouldn't put it down!
In the evening we went out to dinner with the whole family and had more cake!

That about wraps up the day. We went home and let Max play with his new toys before he went to bed. It was a wonderful day! Oh, and did I mention, Max managed to master walking before his first birthday. Check out this video Max's first steps at about 11 months old.
