Trish appearing in Sport Chek ads with Jose Bautista
Jose BautistaTrish Stratus continues in her role as the face of New Balance as part of their Excellent Makers campaign this winter season with an exciting new running mate.
In September, TrishStratus.com confirmed that Trish would be appearing once again in the new ads – the question was, with who. New Balance currently has 300 active players under endorsement – approximately 40% of all MLB players, according to Gail Waterhouse of the Boston Globe. And, we can now confirm that Trish will be joined by Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista in the national ads featuring the popular Minimus line.
Bautista made a name for himself after arriving in Toronto and becoming the 26th member of the 50 home run club. He was crowned home run king in 2010 and 2011 and racked up other slugging awards for his outstanding power, including 4 All-Star game appearances.
Though Bautista is coming off an injury-riddled 2013 season, he is optimistic for the new campaign and looks to help the Blue Jays return to the postseason for the first time in 21 years.
The ads feature the New Balance X20 shoe, which offers a low-profile and stable platform designed to help deliver power through each movement. A Vibram outsole brings safety while executing lifts and agility movements.
This top selling New Balance performance trainer is a favorite among athletes delivering comfort through epic strength workouts.
