Trish brings Maple Leafs luck as they win playoff series
The drought is over.
The Toronto Maple Leafs won a playoff series for the time in 19 years after defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning in 6 games.
While John Tavares netted the game-winning goal that sent the Leafs to the next round to play the Florida Panthers, fans have taken to social media to thank Toronto's own Trish Stratus for the assist after she posted a photo with the Stanley Cup before the game tweeting:
GOAT meets GOAT @StanleyCup
