Trish shows students how leading a healthy lifestyle can help them be their best
Trish shows her commitment to supporting the development of healthy, happy children by taking part in the third annual At My Best Day, which will be celebrated in schools across Canada on June 9th. Breakfast Television will be on hand for the day that aims to "kick-start" new habits, involving healthy choices and increased physcial activity.
Trish joins Jennifer Botterill and Tessa Bonhomme, 2010 Olympic gold medal winning hockey players - these championship winning ladies all demonstrate that leading a healthy lifestyle helped them be their best!
Trish will lead students from Kindergarten to grade three in a yoga session designed to show kids that fitness is fun!
At My Best Play Day has been developed by Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada), with generous support from Astra Zeneca Canada, to celebrate students healthy living. For more information, visit www.atmybest.ca
