Sizzling Steak

  • Filet Mignon
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
1. Pierce top and bottom surface of filet with fork, place in dish.

2. Cover steak with soy sauce, sprinkle garlic and pepper.

3. Marinate in refrigerator at least one hour (overnight is better).

4. Grill or pan-fry.
