Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to the package instructions.

Drain the pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the hot pasta water for step 5.

Sdd butter, stirring until melted and evenly coated.

Sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.

Add pasta water to create a creamy sauce.

I use Chickpea for that extra (plant based) protein it packs but this recipe will work with any pasta! After boiling, it takes only 5 minutes to assemble. This is my go-to meal when after-school activities run late.
