Cacao and Coffee Chia Pudding
Cacao and Coffee Chia Pudding
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
1. Combine coffee, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla, maple syrup and cacao powder into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
2. Pour mixture into a pint sized mason jar.
3. Add chia seeds and cacao nibs and close tightly with a lid.
4. Shake the mixture until chia seeds are mixed throughout.
5. Place in fridge and let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes, shaking occasionally. Mixture should be thick & pudding like before enjoying.
