Blend in food processor except coconut, roll into balls and dip in coconut. Insert paper or wooden stick into each ball.

- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1/2 cup of (raw) almonds
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 scoops of Vegan proteins+ vanilla
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 10 dates (pitted)
- Juice of 2 lemons
