Banana Ice Cream

  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice (almonds/cashews/pecans)
  • 1-2 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup (alter it to preferred sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
1. Peel and slice bananas and freeze until very frozen.

2. In a food processor combine all ingredients and blend until all ingredients are blended and one ball of ice cream is formed – serves 1.
