TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
- You must return item, within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- You must include receipt or proof of purchase to fully be credited.
Any Stratusphere Shop/Stratusphere Living merchandise purchased from a merchant other than TrishStratus.com cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact the merchant from whom you made your purchase.

We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:
- Any item that has been personalized
- Opened and used products, such as Stratusphere Living items or DVDs
- Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed
- Any food item
All return shipping charges must be pre-paid and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
In this event, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account from which you made the purchase (or original method of payment). Please allow up to 30 days for refund to clear.
