November has become widely accepted at 'Movember' as the mustache growing initiative has taken off around the world with the aim being to 'change the face of men's health. With the focus on raising funds and awareness for men's health issues, Trish and Joe talked about Stratusphere Yoga for Men, a DVD workout designed specifically for men and how yoga can act as a preventative measure towards good health.

For the month of November, a portion of the DVD sales will be donated to the Movember Foundation.
