CAC edition Collectible Card Game features latest honoree Trish Stratus

Trish joins Wiggy & Todd from Filsinger Games - DOWNLOAD

Fans looking for a memento or a playable collectible from the 2016 Cauliflower Alley Club Reunion will want to get their hands on the latest collectible card game (CCG) featuring Trish Stratus – a special CAC edition of the popular line of Filsinger Games featuring Superstars from across wrestling eras and companies.

The new Stratus card features an art rendering of Trish with her WWE Women's Championship title over her shoulder and is available exclusively in the six-card CAC series. "It's been great working with Trish on her game card," says Tom Filsinger, owner of Filsinger Games and creator of the series. "She was very complementary about our artist, Werner Mueck, and wanted to approve the card art prior to printing. She took one look at the art and approved right away! We think she looks sensational."

"Naturally, I was excited to see the card and to add it to my personal collection. But, when I finally saw the artwork – I was blown away! I have to commend the artist Werner, he should know I am 100% stratusfied!" Stratus said. "I want to thank you to Tom for the opportunity to be a part of this game, which serves as a way to honor and preserve the legacy of the contributors of our industry."

Filsinger Games has been around for an astonishing 30 years, producing sets ranging from its Champions of the Galaxy and Legends of Wrestling base and booster series, to working with specific promotions like Ring of Honor and Chikara. "I created the game system long ago when I was bored in high school. I created a prototype for my games and tried to sell them to the WWF in the 1980s, but they turned it down," Filsinger says. "Undeterred, I released a game of fictional characters called Champions of the Galaxy, which was a success."

From there Filsinger expanded his lineup and began partnering with the Cauliflower Alley Club last year.
