Trish releases third fitness DVD: Stratusphere Sculpt
Fitness icon, entrepreneur, WWE Hall of Famer and new mom, Trish Stratus has added an additional title to her line of fitness DVDs.Stratusphere Sculpt is a dynamic circuit training program designed to sculpt and tone muscles while giving a cardio workout that will burn calories. The DVD is now available at major retailers nationwide, including Walmart and Costco, through Anchor Bay Entertainment. Five 6 minute circuits: each of the five unique circuits, which target legs/glutes, shoulders, calves, biceps, triceps, chest, back and abs/core, are designed to work every muscle group and keep the body guessing so you don't plateau.
5 minute cool-down: wrap up your hard work with this relaxing sequence that will reset your body.
