Yoga poses for a hangover

If you're feeling it this morning after your big night out, slip out of bed, grab some hydration and try these 3 simple detox poses. You'll be back to yourself in no time with the cleansing breath of cat – cow pose and your headache will be resolved with a few rounds of forward bend.

Begin with the standing pose, then go on the floor on all fours and go from cat pose to cow pose 3-5 times.
