Genuine Health's Bliss Pops

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup of (raw) almonds
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops of Vegan proteins+ vanilla
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 10 dates (pitted)
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Blend in food processor except coconut, roll into balls and dip in coconut. Insert paper or wooden stick into each ball.
